Introducing - Grays Harbor Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors Member:

Dr. Edward J. Brewster - President, Grays Harbor Community College

Ed Brewster was appointed as President of the Grays Harbor Community College in 2004.  Prior to this appointment, he served in various capacities  at Pierce College from 1986-2004.  He earned his Ed.D at Oregon State University, his MA at Whitworth College and his BA from the University of Puget Sound.  Additionally, he attended the League for Innovation Executive Leadership Academy (2001-02), and the WA Executive Leadership Academy (2001-02).

He is a Board member for Lakewood Sister City Association, Asia Pacific Cultural Center, DSHS Special Commitment Center, and the Grays Harbor Chamber of Commerce.  In addition to his service on these Boards of Directors, he is also a member of the Grays Harbor Chamber of Commerce, the Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council, the Grays Harbor Economic Development Council, Aberdeen Rotary, and Light2.

Ed and his wife Joan, reside in Aberdeen.  They have one son.
