Grays Harbor County Commissioner
Albert A. Carter, Board of County Commissioners. Mr. Carter is a lifelong resident of Grays Harbor County. He was appointed to the District # 3 position on the Board of County Commissioners in March of 2003. He has twenty years business experience, seven in management in the grocery industry and most recently worked for Lamb Grays Harbor Company as a project manager for twelve years.
He attended Evergreen State College and studied business management, organizational skills, conflict management and economic development. He serves on the Grays Harbor/Pacific County Foodbank board, Grays Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Washington Counties Insurance Fund, Hoquiam Development Association and the Grays Harbor Transit Authority.
